My name is Isabelle, and I'm in love with Alsace, its picture-postcard landscapes, and, of course, its generous cuisine.
A traveler at heart and passionate about food
For as long as I can remember, I've always been a true epicurean. For me, traveling isn't just about ticking places off a map: it's about experiencing the soul of a region. On every trip, I love discovering local culinary specialties and exploring new restaurants, whether in France or around the world.
The Alsace I love: charming, generous and nature
When I'm not enjoying a delicious meal or a pastry, you'll likely find me hiking on the many trails, exploring charming villages, or taking photos of storks in their nests.
If there is one place that particularly thrills me, it is Eguisheim. This medieval gem, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, embodies for me all the magic of Alsace: circular cobbled streets, brightly coloured facades, a fascinating history, delicious food, and many storks.

Alsace Food Tours was born from the fusion of all these passions. I longed to share the richness of Alsatian gastronomy with travelers. And what better setting than Eguisheim to experience this adventure?
