Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of the food tour without prior notification to the organizer, a penalty will be applied to the client. The following conditions apply: - Free rescheduling up to 6 days before the food tour. - Free cancellation up to 15 days before the food tour with a 100% refund. - Cancellation from 14 days to 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the food tour: 50% refund of the total order price. - Cancellation from 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the food tour or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total order price. - From 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the food tour and without justification, any absent participant will be charged in full.
